Just walk in, no need bring tools, we provide all of them! No experience required.
Walking group
Weekly Gentle Patient Walk
Every Tuesday from 1pm to 2:30pm.
Meet and Start from the entry of Golborne Medical Surgery.
Walk through the meanwhile garden, the pound, along the canal; End at Meanwhile Garden open space with some herbal tea.

Its mission is to help people live healthier and happier lives through fitness and nutrition, improving physical, mental, and social wellbeing whatever your current level of fitness or life stage. Fitness and nutrition should be fun and accessible, so TOTA For All C.I.C was launched to focus on offering free community-based fitness sessions in central, north, west, and north west London..
Africa Yoga With Afua
Afua; Aka Djed I Yogi
Is a motivational Afrikan / Kemetic Yoga guide and Self Healer.
Coming from a fitness background Afua has always been passionate about Health and Wellbeing.
500+ hrs self practice and subsequent teaching of Afrikan & Kemetic yoga is an extension and expression of what now culminates in over 20 years of experience.
Ultimately it is Afua's goal to create and establish a inclusive Sanctuary of Healing, where participants can access a multitude of healing modalities in a safe and nurturing environment. Through sharing Tamare Smai Taui it is Afua's highest purpose to help to raise the frequency and vibrations of humanity in this time.
