Golborne Hearted is pleased to be working in partnership with Community Massage London CIC (CML) to offer Golborne residents access to free massage and reflexology sessions as part of a 9-week pilot project.
Community Massage London is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing complementary therapies to support wellbeing and health. Their work focuses on strengthening communities by offering accessible, low- or no-cost therapies, with a holistic and personalized approach to care.
-
Seated Massage (fully clothed)
Based on Chinese acupressure, using gentle pressure and movement to the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands through clothing.
Not suitable for leg pain.
Reflexology (foot or hand)
Uses specific techniques to stimulate reflex points on the feet or hands, encouraging deep relaxation. Shoes and socks will need to be removed. If you have leg pain, choose this, rather than seated massage.
